We are currently looking for an: EXPORT BACK OFFICE TEAM MEMBER 

He/She will join our Export back-Office team in our headquarters in Campodarsego (PD), reporting directly to the Team Leader.  

We are looking for a highly motivated person that will, at the end of a 6-month training, handle completely and autonomously clients of his/her assigned areas, in order to develop and structure the area together with his/her area manager and the Export Manager. He/she will be the only reference for the client in the company, working with both resellers and final client, with the main goal of assisting them in any step of the whole sale process, from the first contact to the final installation, designing a personalized solution and service for all of them.   

Her/His main duties will be:   

  • Handle the new leads for a first investigation of their needs.   
  • According to the information received, develop and design through specifically designed projecting software (autocad based) and discussion with the client, a tailor-made solution for the client.   
  • With the assistance of the Area Manager, define the order details (discounts, payments, deliveries plan, etc.) and place it in the company production schedule according to all company lean policies.  
  • Coordinate delivery with the logistic, production and purchasing department.   
  • Check all customs formalities (if any), ask for the advance payment or assist the accounting department with eventual expired credits.   
  • Assist the client during the installation process, train them online or at the company, with the assistance of the Tech Sales.  
  • Handle with the quality department eventual client complaints.    
  • Support marketing department in organizing exhibition or event in the assigned countries.   
  • Take part to the development of the year sales forecast, sharing opinions and feedback of the clients with the Export Manager and the Team Leader.

What we are looking for: 

  • 1/2 year experience in structured back-office 
  • Being the person completely dedicate to Export, language skills are mandatory requirement to apply for the role   

-Mandatory: English at least C1; 
-Second Language: Spanish or French at least B2   

Proficiency in all languages will be tested during the first interview.

  • Strong attitude to technical topics. 
  • Excellent Office suite skills.  
  • Will to grow in an expanding company, sharing his/her opinion with her/his colleagues and managers, looking for the continuous improvement of the company. 
  • Will to interact with foreign persons, their cultural background and different needs. Will to really assist the client, to listen to their need and strong commitment to help them
