The innovative geometry of the profile, with new reinforced ribs, provides a highly resistant, but flexible and elastic post.

Furthermore, the new geometric shape provides for great resistance, especially sidewise, to ensure the post’s stability to the ground and prevent the rows from tilting.

The post is profiled and molded using structural high yield steel strips, such as those used in the automotive industry, which gives the product great flexibility and elasticity.

The steel is 100% recyclable and thus does not present any disposal issues.

The structural steel surface is coated with the innovative EVOLUZINC protection, the new hot-dip coating system composed of a zinc-magnesium-aluminum alloy that is used in many industrial sectors as a result of its resistance to corrosion.

The new EVO post was tested against corrosion through exposure to salt mists, adding the main chemical products used in agriculture. All lab tests were brilliantly successful.

EVO posts is available in different varieties according to its function, height and hooks types, N- and H-shape.

The N-shape hook is recommended for vineyards that are implemented in hilly areas, where the sloped grounds could make the wires come out of their natural seat.

The H-shape hook is recommended for vineyards that are implemented on flat lands and with consistent use of mechanization for containment wires.

It is furthermore available a specific version designed for Free Cordon systems, without side hooks but with just a cut on the top.
