Cement plate + Rod

The rod has a welded eyelet on one edge that is inserted on a cement rods and locked with a steel pin. The other end is twisted to grant its resistance once under stress.
Anchor is then placed in the ground (hole should be preventively prepared) and covered. The twisted eyelet is left above the ground and used to anchor wires or cables of orchards head piles.

USED MATERIAL
The rod is made of high-strength steel with a round cross-section and a diameter varying between 12 and 14 mm. The rod is then coated with a layer of zinc applied using the hot-dip technique, which produces a uniform coating with a thickness of 60 – 70 microns. Galvanization is carried out in compliance with UNI-EN-ISO 1461 standards.
The plate is made of reinforced concrete, with an inner armor. To suit to different needs of client, plates are available in three different sizes.

QUALITY
The plate and rod anchors have successfully passed resistance tests, achieving excellent tensile strength results for the construction of vineyard systems.
These results, combined with different installation kinds, create following use table, crucial for the construction of safe, reliable structures.
Moreover, it is the only anchor that can be used if the ground has gravel or rocks in it, or in extremely sandy soil.

Use guidelines are based on tests carried out on medium-resistant soil with d equal to 1 kg/cm².
Any change in soil resistance may cause a value change.
