On June 27th, 28th and 29th, 2018, the annual General Meeting took place in Valente company. This is a highly expected and valued event, kind of an essential appointment, which every year brings together our major foreign partners at the end of June.
From Portugal to Ukraine, from Canada to India, we now collaborate with 42 foreign Countries.
Valente General Meeting represents not only a formative moment, but also an opportunity to establish professional and personal relationships with our foreign dealers, who work every day to make our products and services known throughout the world.
General Meeting: three challenging days in which we also had fun!
On June 27th and 29th we held a theoretical training on vineyard and orchard + a practical exercise about building one of our system both for vineyard and for orchard.
In particular, we discussed about the following topics:
- different types of vineyard and orchard systems;
- different types of anti-hail, anti-rain, anti-sun and anti-insect covering systems;
- understand why our products and materials are different from our competitors;
- new products development.
Like said before, our theoretical training was followed by practical training in our test fields, in which our foreign dealers have experienced how systems are installed.
On June 28th, instead, Valente company organized a trip to Ravenna area, near one of our clients, in order to visit a kiwi installation with anti-rain and anti-hail coverings. This visit allowed all the participants to get in touch with an important production reality and to see the practical use of our products.

A successful event is the result of a great team-work and the useful collaboration between all the actors involved.
These three days have been challenging for all of us, but they’ve been very rewarding at the same time. Our partners’ interest and curiosity towards our products confirmed the importance of such an educational event for our company.
