Y-Shaped
Y-shaped is a farming system similar to V-shapedone, where the two vegetation walls derive from thesame plant and two of four main branches are inclined.
Plants are supported by a strong cement pile structure placed every 5 meters along the row, or 10 meters in case of anti-hail covering installation.
To guarantee necessary inclination to give the orchard the typical Y-shape, on higher part of the post, at about 1,80 meters above the ground, a straight arm is installed, while on lower one (app. 0,80 meter high) we use a smaller C-shape spacer, just 0,80 meters wide. On both brackets and spacers’ edges, a wire 2,00 to 2,70 mm is installed. Features:
