Pergola farming system is installed with a cement pile structure 2 meters tall, spaced 5 meters apart, placed in rows 4,50 to 5,00 meters wide.

A straight or curved bracket is installed on pile higher part to support the shoots, with a width between 1,70 and 2,40 meters. If the orchard has anti-hail covering, posts are alternated, one high and one short, to ensure plants correct support.
Four or six steel wires with diameter 2,70 mm pass through bracket eyelets to provide support to productive branches. A 3,5 mm wire supports the plant and a 2,2 mm wire supports irrigation tube.
