STRUKTURA PLATE

STRUKTURA plates are used to connect anti-hail net sheets together and guarantee total closure of covered surface. STRUKTURA plates are fixed on net side selvages and held together thanks to their special hooking system these plates are provided with. USED MATERIAL STRUKTURA plates are designed to ensure quick installation and a both easy and safe opening, allowing to farmers a top management during net closing/opening operations during winter/summer time.  Plate edges are completely rounded not to damage net. Plates are made of high-quality plastic material, tested to resist temperatures from +50 to -30 Celsius degrees and to contrast stresses the system is subjected to. Particularly, used material is a black polypropylene with high impact-resistance, even at low temperatures, and remarkable mechanical characteristics. STRUKTURA plate is designed to guarantee:

• easy and fast installation;
• no sharp surface that might brush against net;
• wide fixing surface to the net and very high breaking strength;
• easy unfastening in case of system maintenance.

TEKNICA PLATE

The TEKNICA plate is used to secure the anti-rain film to the structure in order to guarantee an excellent protection against adverse weather. The plates are made of a high-quality plastic material guaranteed to withstand temperatures ranging between +50 and -30 degrees Celsius and to counteract the stresses the system is subjected to. The material used is a black polypropylene with high impact resistance even at low temperatures and remarkable mechanical characteristics. USED MATERIAL The TEKNICA plate has been designed to guarantee:

• Easy and quick installation;
• No sharp edge that may harm the film;
• wide surface attached to the film and high resistance to breakage;
• easy and quick unhook during film closure operation.

Thanks to steel screw that blocks it, TECNIKA plate perfect adhere to the film, joining them perfectly. Due to its particular shape, it can be connected to the system in two ways:

1. Through elastic rope
2. Through carabiner

COLMIX-FIX PLATE

COLMIX-FIX plate is used to fix anti-hail net to installation top wire to avoid net sliding sideways under weight of hail stones that might gather during a storm, a sliding that might ease hail stone entrance inside the orchard with consequent damage to crops.  USED MATERIAL COLMIX-FIX plate can be equipped with an accessory, a plastic strip, to close anti-hail net during wintertime. Plates are made of high-quality plastic material, tested to resist temperatures from +50 to -30 Celsius degrees and to contrast stresses the system is subjected to. Particularly, used material is a black polypropylene with high impact-resistance, even at low temperatures, and remarkable mechanical characteristics. Plates are designed to ensure quick and easy installation. Plates edges are completely rounded not to damage the net. The plastic strip is designed to fix anti-hail net to top wire, with several loops to set them up, containing at best gathered net without ruining it. COLMIX-FIX plate has been designed to guarantee:

COLMIX-RAIN PLATE FOR ANTI-RAIN FILM FIXING

Plate equipped with central fixing screws used to install black cloth on system top to cover anti-rain film and protect it from UV-rays.

TOPIX PLATE

TOPIX plate is used to fix the anti-hail net on the top wire of the system, so not to let it slide sideways under the weight of the hail, eventually accumulated during the atmospheric event, thus facilitating the entry of hail into the orchard with consequent damage to crops.
The net-stop rubber band is the useful device that can be installed on our plate, to gather and fix the anti-hail net during the winter period.

MATERIAL USED

Two hooks are molded directly on the body of the Topix plate, facilitating the locking of the rubber net-blocking band during the opening operations of the anti-hail net during the winter period.
The plate has a rough surface that allows a better grip during installations, avoiding possible slipping of the item from the hands.
The plate is made of high-quality plastic material, tested to resist temperatures from +50 to -30 Celsius degrees and to contrast stresses system is subjected to. Particularly, used material is a black polyamide with high impact-resistance, even at low temperatures, and remarkable mechanical characteristics.
Plates are studied to ensure easy and fast installation with completely rounded edges not to damage the net.
The net-stop rubber strip is designed to firmly hold the anti-hail net on the top wire with different adjustments to contain, without damaging, the net gathered for winter season.

TOPIX plate is designed to ensure:

• easy and quick installation;
• no sharp surface that might wear the net;
• wide gripping surface on the net and greater breaking resistance;
• possibility to re-open it in case of system maintenance.
